Terms and conditions of investment
The term of investment is 1 year or more. The management fee is 1% of the annual value of assets, which is charged on a monthly basis. If, at the end of the investment term, the Client’s earnings exceed the revenue which is calculated on the basis of the refinancing rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of payment for remuneration the Client pays the Trust Manager a variable part of remuneration which is equal to 20% of such income (the refinancing rate has been 13% since December 1, 2008).
You can open an account either by coming into our office or on a remote basis.
In order to open an account the following documents are necessary:
- A copy of your passport
- A copy of the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
