Depositary service

Our company has its own depositary, which acts on the basis of a license of a professional stock market participant to engage in custody operations, which should be issued by the RF Federal Financial Market Service.

The new Client Regulations are effective as of December 8, 2008.

Information for custody account holders

Please be advised that as of December 8, 2008 there is a new edition effective for the Terms for Performing Depositary Activities of OOO Quadro Investment Company, which is approved by Minutes # 29 of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of OOO Quadro Investment Company dated October 27, 2008. At your request, all relevant documentation can be forwarded to your email address.
